For a low yearly price:

$380 Adult – ($294 savings)


$334 Child – ($248 savings)

Family Plan:

$1,302 for 2 adults and 2 children – ($1,288 savings)
$293 for each additional child

Orthodontic Savings:

Interceptive Ortho – $500 off

Comprehensive Ortho – $1,000 off
